Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned tattoo enthusiast, our streamlined booking process ensures everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Each tattoo artist in our collective runs their own business out of the shop. Please note that there may be slight differences with completing the booking process,depending on the artist you choose.
Steps to Book Your Tattoo Appointment
1. Find Your Artist
Each of our artists brings a unique style and expertise to the table. Explore their work on this website in their respective portfolio galleries. You can find more examples of their work via their social media accounts:

2. Submit an Inquiry
Once you’ve found your artist, contact the shop through our inquiry form on this website (or via their social media) to discuss your ideas.
Be ready to share:
● Reference Photos: Images that showcase the style, colour, or subject matter you love.
● Tattoo Size: Plan the dimensions of your tattoo.
● Placement: Decide where on your body you’d like the tattoo.
● Budget & Timeline: Share your budget and any time constraints.
3. Free Consultation
We offer free consultations to discuss your tattoo in detail. Bring any inspiration or artwork that reflects your vision. Please wear clothing that will allow us to take pictures and mapping measurements of where you would like the tattoo (or where the tattoo we are covering is located).
Mastectomy clients, please note that measurements and pictures of your breast scars will occur at your consultation. Privacy screens will be in place for all your appointments.
Permanent makeup clients can also bring in inspiration and examples of what they want their results to look like. Permanent makeup can have a consultation a week prior to their appointment, or as part of their tattoo appointment.
4. Deposit
A deposit is required to secure your appointment and begin the design process. Deposits vary based on tattoo size:
● Large-scale tattoos (e.g., back pieces): $500
● Smaller tattoos (e.g., forearm): $100
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Chronic rescheduling (e.g., two consecutive changes) will require a new deposit. A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
5. Design Review & Finalization
Your artist will create a custom design based on your input. Provide feedback during shop hours (Tuesday–Saturday, 11 am–6 pm) to ensure the final design is exactly what you envision. This may be done via email/text or in person, depending on your artist’s preference.
6. Check Availability & Book Your Appointment
Coordinate with your artist to find a date and time that works for both of you. Walk
ins are welcome, but we recommend calling ahead to confirm availability.
